Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of notable Investment - based Fintech Company in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The job is based in Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of Strategic Finance duties (Merger & Acquisition, Fundraising, Investor relations)
- Monthly financial reporting
- Managing the Group budget and forecasts
- Maintaining audit and tax compliance
- Managing all accounting and financial control staff
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Overseeing cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as CFO/Directors level
- A strong background in finance, accounting, audit combined with strategic thinking and leadership skills
- CPA / CFA certification will be a plus
- Financial services / Fintech background is preferred
- Minimum experience of 10 year
