They are seeking a high-impact Compensation & Performance leader to shape how talent is rewarded, developed, and retained. This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
This Compensation & Benefits Lead will be working closely with senior HR leaders and HR teams to shape and deliver competitive compensation, rewards, and performance management frameworks across multiple markets. It blends strategic thinking with data-driven insights, systems ownership, and practical execution within a diverse, international environment.
Job Responsibilities
Design, review, and implement regional and localized compensation & benefits programs, supported by cost impact analysis and aligned with regional HR strategy.
Drive standardization of C&B and performance frameworks across countries while ensuring competitiveness and local compliance.
Lead the development, rollout, and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System (PMS) across the region.
Position compensation and performance management as key levers for talent attraction, engagement, and retention, particularly for critical and technical roles.
Own regional C&B and PMS data consolidation, analysis, and reporting, providing clear insights to HR and business leadership.
Partner with Organizational Development teams on IDPs, capability building, and performance-linked development initiatives.
Lead HR analytics and dashboard development, translating workforce data into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with HRIS vendors, IT, and local HR to enhance HR systems efficiency, data quality, and reporting capability.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR teams on rewards, performance outcomes, and policy interpretation.
Lead regional budget planning and consolidation for C&B, PMS, and HR systems.
Initiate and manage regional HR projects related to rewards, analytics, HRIS, and performance transformation.
Job Requirements
Multiple years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits development and implementation, Performance Management Systems, and HR or people analytics; regional or multinational experience is highly desirable
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong capability in MS Office, especially Excel
High level of English proficiency in both written and verbal communication
Demonstrated strength in project management, analytical problem-solving, numerical analysis, and attention to detail
Self-driven, practical, and results-oriented, with a positive and proactive working approach
Open to regional travel
