The Business Development/Corporate Sales Manager will be tasked with driving aggressive revenue growth by acquiring and nurturing strategic accounts within Thailand's largest corporate and brand entities. This role demands a high level of executive presence, commercial acumen, and consultative sales leadership.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and consistently exceed revenue targets, with a primary focus on high-value corporate brand accounts. 
- Proactively identify and cultivate a high-value pipeline of new business opportunities with senior decision-makers. 
- Lead the end-to-end consultative sales cycle, from crafting bespoke strategic proposals and delivering executive-level pitches to navigating complex negotiations and closing high-value contracts. 
- Build and nurture deep, strategic relationships with stakeholders and senior brand leaders to drive repeat business, long-term partnerships, and organic account growth. 
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to develop innovative, impactful sales concepts and client-centric solutions that address specific brand challenges. 
- Develop and manage profitable pricing structures, client budgets, and all commercial contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and vendor/sponsorship agreements. 
- Oversee the sales-to-operations handover, ensuring seamless project execution, exceptional client satisfaction, and optimal revenue outcomes. 
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and provide strategic insights that inform the agency's service development roadmap. 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
- Years of experience in event sales, business development, or account management. 
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales and revenue goals in a marketing agency. 
- Strong understanding of event marketing, sponsorship sales, and experiential campaigns. 
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
- Leadership ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. 
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
