Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence
- Leverage existing connections and establish new partnerships in the toll-in and OEM sectors to enhance product offerings and market reach
- Continuously analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and introduce new products or services that align with market demands and company capabilities.
- Develop and achieve revenue targets through the expansion of the customer base, increased product sales, and effective pricing strategies.
- Lead negotiations with toll-in and OEM partners, ensuring favorable terms, profitability, and long-term sustainability of partnerships.
- Build and lead a high-performing business development team, providing guidance, setting goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure that all business development activities adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in business development, with a focus on toll-in and OEM partnerships in the medical device industry.
- Strong network and established relationships within the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding business and achieving revenue targets.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
