Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a B2B Commerce Building Materials company for the role of Head of Sales with a solid experience in Structure & Roofing Products with a strong relation to Government sector.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages strategically the development and implementation of a comprehensive organizational strategy that maximizes the opportunities across all products and product lines in a specific geographic or industry area
  • Generates business plans that fulfill the organization's strategies, closely monitors and measures activities, plans, and budgets to ensure desired outcomes
  • Oversees area, channel, and regional management of effective account sales and services team
  • Assists entire team to tailor approaches for mobilizing and aligning their teams around organization's strategic intent
  • Manages the execution and closure of sales opportunities by planning engagement and co-coordination of sales and services team
  • Introduces ideas and perspectives that ensures focus on activities that produce significant long term company benefit
  • Balances the needs of key stakeholders inside and outside of the company
  • Partners with operations team to maximize services solutions
  • Resolves key customer satisfaction issues
  • Assists in the creation of division strategy and consults with senior management in providing direction to ensure growth and financial success
  • Ensures a consistent approach of organizational policies and procedures

Job Requirements :

  • Extensive experience in the distribution of diverse construction material products, starting from Structural, Roofing, until Finishing products
  • Experience in managing diverse customer channels such as distributions, contractors, and Developers & Project Owner
  • Customer-focus mindset, eager to provide solution and ease for customer
  • Able to work collaboratively with multi-cultural business partners and stakeholders from various backgrounds
  • Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented spirit
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Bachelor's degree or master's in business and/or any management related degree from a reputable university
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse organization
