Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is partnering with a well-established and rapidly expanding property and lifestyle group to recruit a strategic and hands-on HR Director. This organization manages multiple business units across property development, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors, employing close to 1,000 employees nationwide.
This is a critical leadership role for a commercially minded HR professional who can act as both a strategic partner and operational leader, supporting the business through its next phase of growth and organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business owners and senior leadership on people strategy and organizational effectiveness
  • Strengthen HR structure, governance, and processes to support business scalability and operational excellence
  • Drive initiatives related to leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with business objectives and compliant with Indonesian labor regulations
  • Lead and develop an established HR team to enhance overall capability and performance


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as HR Director, Head of HR, or senior HR leader within property, hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or similarly complex, multi-business environments
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated experience managing medium to large workforce environments (500+ employees preferred)
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and owners directly
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
