As part of its continuous growth, our client is seeking a mandarin-speaking professional to take on the role of Personal Assistant to President Director. The position is based in North Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Desc:
- Act as a key communication bridge between the Director and Indonesian teams.
- Provide translation and interpretation support (Mandarin-Indonesian-English) during meetings and daily communications.
- Manage schedules, organize meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on project activities.
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and internal communications.
- Support the Director in understanding local work culture, practices, and regulations
Requirement:
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian; English fluency is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Liaison Officer.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural setting.
