Job Description :
- Assisted production teams while offering clear direction
- Upholding health and safety regulations to maintain a workplace free of accidents
- Keeping senior management informed about any production-related challenges or concerns
- Assessing equipment capabilities to maintain steady output and reduce delays
- Striking a balance between boosting efficiency and lowering manufacturing expenses
- Defining performance targets for each production group
- Creating and implementing workflow strategies that enhance productivity without sacrificing safety or quality
- Making sure staff schedules are well-organized and sufficient for operational needs
Job Requirements :
- 5 year experience as production manager and lead team with many members.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical) or Bachelor's degree in any major with relevant experiences.
- Familiar with ISO system, Good Manufacturing Practices, Operational Excellence and understand Lean Six Sigma concept, also done root cause analysis and CAPA approach
