Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Manufacturing Products Company for the role of Sales Manager - Process Equipment . The job description will be as follow :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key and complex clients
  • Focus on existing accounts to optimize revenue
  • Keep up-to-date with advanced technical knowledge of products and their uses.
  • Participate in ongoing industry training and provide mentorship to junior colleagues.
  • Secure client approval for product changes or customizations.
  • Support the team for detailed technical specifications.
  • Keep an eye on competitors and market shifts, sharing regular updates.
  • Provide product education and training to distributors and clients.
  • Assist HR with hiring and onboarding new sales personnel.
  • Manage territory assignments and oversee sales coverage.
  • Monitor team performance
  • Evaluate sales trends to uncover potential growth areas.
  • Gather insights from customers and stay informed on market developments.


Job Requirements :

  • 10 years of industry experience, including over 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Has design of large-scale projects. Demonstrated ability to lead complex engineering initiatives in remote locations.
  • Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and interpersonal formats.
  • Experienced in handling commercial negotiations and client contracts.
  • Proven track record in coaching and growing sales teams. Conducts thorough project assessments to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
