Company & Job Description Manufacturing Manager (Manufacturing)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of the largest manufacturer of commercial and automotive polyurethane foam products in the country. Our respected client is seeking for a Manufacturing Manager at least 7 to 10 years proven experience in a managerial role, who will be responsible for the operational excellence of the manufacturing plant. Our esteemed client's office is in Valenzuela. City.
Key job responsibilities include:
1.Sets direction for non-foam manufacturing activities such as plans and programs, production work process and productivity programs. As well as establish KPI and targets.
2.Establish, revise, and implement procedures, guidelines and work instructions in conformance with ISO requirements.
3.Ensures that appropriate resources are allocated to each section as per agreed plan.
4.Ensures that production personnel are effectively trained and managed by the assigned supervisors.
5.Ensures that product specifications are within tolerable limits with regards to quality standards to minimize scraps and reject materials.
6.Ensures that production and delivery performance meet the requirements thus customer satisfaction is achieved.
7.Controls further processing and delivery or non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
8.Coordinates with HRD regarding evaluation, interviews, advancement, and training of personnel.
9.Review monthly production reports.
10.Monitor, analyze and evaluate manpower requirements, facilities and equipment needed by the Non-Foam Unit in accordance with the set plan and agreed budget.
11.Direct staff activities. Includes preparation of job description and make recommendation of staff classification.
12.Prepare Plans and Programs as part of a yearly improvement project.
13.Ensures that existing Company Rules and Regulation, Core Values, Safety and Standard Operating Procedures are being always implemented.
14.Observe / conduct 8S in the workplace in compliance to the Health and Safety Standards set by the company.
15.Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field is often required.
Proven experience in manufacturing or production management. Must have 7 to years of working experience as a Production or Manufacturing Manager
Familiarity with Plastics Industry and manufacturing processes
Strong leadership and management skills to lead and motivate teams.
The ability to analyze and solve problems related to production processes.
Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and executing manufacturing projects.
Effective communication with various departments, team members, and upper management.
Understanding of and experience in implementing quality control processes.
Experience in budgeting and cost control to optimize manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of and adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards.
Must be willing to work in Valenzuela City.
Working Schedule is Monday to Friday with 2 alternative Saturday (8AM to 5 PM)
