Our respected client is seeking for a Project Manager. This job is in Taguig, Metro, Manila, Philippines but offers a Temporary Work from Home arrangement with equipment/devices provided.
Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will work with highly enthusiastic, ambitious, and talented teams in the Philippines and Poland. You will be exposed to the latest trends and technologies used in banking and finance, including micro-services, machine learning, AI, and cloud computing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Driving teams to get things done, organizing work, taking ownership of the team's performance.
- Collaborating directly with customers, managing project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinating both implementation and maintenance of critical banking systems.
- Supporting sales teams in acquiring new clients, providing them with technical knowledge, project plans, and estimations.
Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in managing software development projects
- Excellent communication skills, English proficiency, and strong teamwork abilities
- Proactivity and ability to work independently without much supervision
- Understanding of agile engineering practices (CI/CD, Code Review, TDD, Continuous Improvement)
- Advanced knowledge of Jira
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst for a software development team
- Experience in managing projects delivered by multiple teams
- Knowledge of Confluence/Asana
