Fragrance Sales Manager - Personal & Home Care

Your Mandate:
As the Fragrance Sales Manager, you will be the commercial engine of the Personal & Home Care unit. Your mission will be to:

  • Spearhead the sales strategy for our Fragrance division, focusing on the dynamic Personal Care and Home Care markets, to exceed ambitious growth targets.
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with key accounts, from major FMCG players to innovative local brands, transforming client briefs into winning fragrance solutions.
  • Strategically expand our client portfolio, identifying and securing new, long-term partnerships through a focused and expert market approach.
  • In collaboration with senior leadership, establish and own the sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs for your team.
  • Oversee inventory planning and management, ensuring optimal stock levels of our fine fragrance oils to meet client demand and project pipelines.
  • Mentor, coach, and empower your subordinates, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and deep industry expertise.
  • Act as the ultimate technical and commercial resource for our clients, providing expert guidance and innovative solutions to gain their unshakeable loyalty.


Profile of a Leader:
We are seeking a candidate who embodies a rare blend of commercial acumen and sensory expertise.

  • Essential Experience: A proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B fragrance sales is non-negotiable. Your background is firmly rooted in the fragrance industry, serving clients in the personal care (e.g., skincare, haircare, toiletries) or home care (e.g., detergents, air fresheners, candles) sectors.
  • A Refined Olfactory Sense: You possess a naturally developed and trained sense of smell. You can not only distinguish between complex scent profiles (chypre, fougère, floral aldehydes) but can also articulate these nuances to clients and perfumers.
  • Academic Foundation: A Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Leadership & Drive: You are a self-starting, proactive leader who thrives under pressure and demonstrates exceptional commercial decision-making skills. You are goal-oriented, creative, and relentlessly customer-focused.
  • Communication: Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
  • Logistics: You must possess a valid driver's license, own a vehicle, and be willing and able to travel upcountry to connect with our valued clients.
