The Financial Controller will play a strategic leadership role in overseeing all financial operations for the Thailand entity. This includes managing reporting, internal controls, treasury operations, and providing critical insight through financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a manufacturing environment, strong technical expertise, and the ability to operate effectively within a multinational structure
Job Responsibilities
Lead all accounting and finance operations including general ledger, AR/AP, cost accounting, and financial audits.
Ensure timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in line with local and international accounting standards.
Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Monitor working capital and cash flow, including short- and mid-term treasury planning.
Enforce internal controls and ensure compliance with tax regulations and relevant statutory requirements.
Partner with regional and global finance teams on reporting, consolidation, and special projects.
Support plant leadership and business heads with financial analysis and decision-making insights.
Lead and coach a small finance team to ensure operational efficiency and professional development
Job Requirements
Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CMA preferred.
Proven years of experience in finance/accounting roles within the manufacturing industry.
Strong command of Thai GAAP and international accounting/reporting frameworks.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
Strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
