Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group, is exclusively retained to identify a highly accomplished Warehouse Manager for a rapidly expanding international manufacturing organization. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity within a newly established, state-of-the-art production facility focused on plastic goods.
The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the operational management and stringent compliance processes of a Board of Investment (BOI) designated factory and warehouse. A deep and demonstrable understanding of free trade zone regulations is paramount, ensuring seamless adherence to all relevant standards and protocols.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of factory and warehouse operations, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks aligned with BOI and free trade zone regulations.
Ensure meticulous adherence to customs procedures, inventory control, and documentation requirements.
Lead and mentor a growing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential compliance risks, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant regulatory bodies.
Contribute to the strategic development and operational excellence of the new facility.
Job Requirements
Proven track record of success in a senior operations management role within a manufacturing environment in Thailand.
Extensive and in-depth knowledge of BOI regulations and free trade zone (e.g., bonded warehouse and manufacturing) set up and operational requirements.
Demonstrated expertise in managing compliance processes and ensuring adherence to international trade standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and ideally Thai.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management).
