Responsibilities


  • Responsible for achieving company sales quota through leading, managing and motivating sales team

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that provides complete territory and sector specific coverage

  • Interact and build relationships with Customer executives to drive business outcomes to the company

  • Driving growth by engaging with new and existing partners to maximize growth in sales and revenue in software & consulting services based on our products.

  • Collaborate with management to identify new business opportunities and drive sales campaigns

  • Ability to farm opportunities with business and IT which is aligned to the pain points they are experiencing as well as future strategic objectives.

  • Ability to become a thought leader in key areas of interest to our customers like Gen AI etc.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline status and forecast reports

  • Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile regional success stories

  • Lead successful go-to-market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists

  • Contribute and lead in account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions.

  • Contribute individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.


Required Skills


  • Experience in software sales (ERP/ EPM/ Cloud, Business Analytics, Data Solutions), consulting services, or solution selling.

  • More than 7 years of direct sales or pre-sales/solutions engineer

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in technology sales and consulting.

  • Proven track record of achieving annual sales quota continuously

  • Creative with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to succeed in a value oriented - fast-paced environment.

  • Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to manage sales team

  • Fluency in English and Thai
