Our highly respected client is seeking candidates as Account Manager in Corporate Risk Department with at least 5-7 years of experience in the same field . The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager/Senior Manager in Client Relationship and Sales Support. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. You will also provide support to the sales and client management team to achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing their needs effectively. Proactively identify opportunities to expand business within the assigned industries, primarily manufacturing and real estate.
  • New Business Development: Identify and build a list of suspects and prospects to generate new business opportunities. Collaborate with sales and broking managers to process sales and broking activities, including gathering data, preparing quotations, and comparing worksheets.
  • Sales Support: Assist in sales administrative tasks and broking processes, such as preparing reports, confirmation of coverage, insurance contracts, endorsements, and payment processing. Negotiate with insurers to obtain the best offers and renewal terms for assigned accounts.
  • Consultation and Advising: Answer client inquiries, consult with them on risk exposures, coverages, and contract issues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality client service. Collaborate with brokers/experts to present coverage, program structures, risk surveys, and loss analyses to clients.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve any client, insurer, or stakeholder issues that may arise, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. Coordinate with relevant departments, such as Operations, Claims, and Accounting, to provide seamless service to clients.
  • Proposal Coordination: Coordinate with the team to prepare proposals and participate in Request for Proposal (RFP) presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Claim Settlement and Premium Collection: Collaborate with the claim department to follow up on claim settlements and provide updates to clients. Support the accounting department in premium collection activities.
  • Other Responsibilities: Undertake additional tasks assigned by the company as needed to support the overall operations.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a servicing role at a multinational company.
  • Proven experience in insurance, preferably at a senior level of execution with a broker or insurer.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Passion for and comprehensive understanding of the client and insurance industry.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven and client-oriented mindset with an innovative approach.
  • Hard-working, proactive, and flexible in their approach to business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
