BD Executive

The Business Development Executive will drive market development and sales growth for a specialized medical technology portfolio (either Rehabilitation Robotics or Urology) across Luzon territory. The role is responsible for identifying and expanding opportunities, building strong KOL networks, leading portfolio introductions, and achieving sales targets in both private and government sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop potential clients across Luzon (private and government accounts) for the assigned portfolio. Initiate and execute business development activities - client meetings, product demos, trials, budget inclusion, and project proposals among others. Build and maintain a strong network of key opinion leaders and key decision-makers relevant to the assigned portfolio. Plan and organize periodic workshops, seminars, and product presentations to drive portfolio awareness and adoption. Work independently and/or in collaboration with existing sales teams in assigned territories to implement sales strategies. Take full accountability for achieving sales targets and driving sustainable growth of the assigned portfolio. Identify and develop new markets and channels (e.g., clinics, wellness centers, rehabilitation centers, specialty clinics within hospitals) relevant to the portfolio. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and provide insights to refine commercial strategies. Prepare regular reports on pipeline, activities, and sales performance for the assigned portfolio. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards in all engagements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, medical, allied health, or any related field. At least 3-5 years experience medical device sales; experience in either rehabilitation and physiotherapy or urology is an advantage Demonstrated experience in both sales and basic product management activities (launch support, portfolio development, marketing activities). Goal-driven, highly motivated, and eager to achieve company and personal financial targets. Strong prospecting, opportunity qualification, and account management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Able to work independently, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional sales teams. Willing to do field work and travel as needed
