This will purely be field-work role with office based in Alabang. Sales & Service Ops Specialist (Medical Devices)

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational medical devices company for a Sales & Service Operations Specialist. This role will directly report to the National Sales Manager and will be based in Alabang, with an onsite work setup (Monday to Friday). The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support across sales operations, service coordination, and marketing administration to ensure smooth internal processes and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Service Operations Support Respond to incoming customer inquiries via the service hotline and dispatch jobs to Service Engineers. Prepare the weekly preventive maintenance order list and maintain the monthly utilization report for Service Engineers. Manage service quotations and contracts efficiently and ensure timely encoding of new installations into internal systems. Track survey dispatches and follow up for timely responses. Coordinate with Service Engineers and business support functions for post-installation processes, including system entries and invoicing. Monitor tool calibration schedules and facilitate dispatch and returns. Ensure accurate data entry and regularly update sales shared folders while managing sales order processing in CRM. Work closely with logistics to meet delivery deadlines related to shipments, procurement, loan processes, and returns. Coordinate pre-installation activities with the sales team such as shipment arrival checks, document preparation, and functional checks. Conduct training and refresher sessions for Sales and Service teams on internal systems and databases. Serve as the 1st level key user for internal tools, staying updated on new features and best practices. Maintain accurate records of all demo loan equipment-both local and overseas.
