The Group Head of Strategic HR role will assist Group CEO and the Executive Team for the planning and implementation of the company's short and long-term Human Resources goals. This role will be responsible in developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the group, specifically in organisational development, performance and culture, as well as compensation and benefit. Responsibilities Will be responsible for planning, delivery & people management for a team of engineers Provide solution & infrastructure architecture and strategy leadership to drive innovative forward-looking solutions Works with other stakeholders to implement and enhance solutions and technologies to deliver business-driven solutions and initiatives. Ensure collaboration across various projects and functions to drive technology strategy, roadmaps, both internal and third-party Brings predictability & visibility of the team's delivery to all relevant stakeholders.
