Job Summary: Our respected client is looking for an Operations Manager who will lead the day-to-day operations of the business across the Philippines, overseeing maintenance, service delivery, and project execution. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Develop, implement and continually improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across operational activities. Review operational workflows to improve efficiency, productivity and service delivery. Ensure operational documentation is maintained accurately and consistently. Compliance, Quality & Risk Management Ensure operational compliance with Philippine legislation, company policies and relevant industry standards. Support internal audits and ensure operational readiness for external compliance requirements. Supply Chain & Resource Management Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and technology vendors. Ensure operational expenditure remains within approved budgets while maintaining service quality. Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach and develop operational teams, including technical engineers and support staff.
