Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to enhance brand awareness, patient acquisition, and customer engagement. Oversee corporate branding, creative development, public relations, media communications, content strategy, events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives. Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team comprising Marketing Communication, Creative Design, Videography, Digital Content, and Event Management functions. Collaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, Medical, Digital, and Business Unit leaders to deliver integrated campaigns that support business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, vendors, influencers, and other external stakeholders. Monitor campaign effectiveness through data-driven analysis and optimize marketing initiatives based on performance metrics and market insights. Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and communication standards across all hospitals and business units. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master's Degree is an advantage. Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Brand Management, Corporate Communication, or Integrated Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business units or brands, preferably within healthcare, hospitality, retail, consumer services, or other service-driven industries. Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, content development, media relations, event management, and customer engagement. Demonstrated experience managing creative teams and external agencies while delivering high-impact marketing initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, project management, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing communication strategies. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects.
