Corporate Audit Manager

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for a Corporate Audit Manager on behalf of our client in the hospital operator sector. The role will directly report to the Chief Auditor and will be responsible for the overall admin audit procedures & initiatives of the company and to its hospital subsidiaries. Role offers hybrid work setup and office is located in Makati/Pasig City. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Chief Auditor to define the Audit Universe for the Admin Audit Function, and through risk-based analysis, select the entities for inclusion in the annual audit plan Define a risk-based audit strategy that complies with professional standards, maintain an up-to-date audit universe, and transfer knowledge to other audit personnel including identifying key learning and development areas Utilize audit experience and industry best practices to lead a team of Auditors to deliver timely and accurate audit results Propose and plan for operational audits in business units Execute planned audit and assess company operations, process, financial, compliance and other associated risks. Identify opportunities for improving business processes, based on audit outcomes, to minimize risks. This role will support the Financial Controller. The main responsibility is to handle all financial information, records, and planning recommendations that align with company objective Job Responsibilities Create the financial report and recommendations that align with company objectives. Participate in special projects within the department (including cross-functional projects). Comply with the company reporting requirements, IFRS and local financial requirements THAI GAAP, by studying existing and new legislation and enforcing compliance. Improve and document all accounting control procedures, identifying system issues and making suggestions for improvements. Ensure the integrity of accounting information and reconcile any financial discrepancies. Perform research of accounting issues for compliance and establish quality over transactions and reporting. Oversee accurate product costing, AP & GL, verifying payment documentation, referencing outstanding bills, and conducting disbursement. Conduct monthly to yearly closing processes to verify all entries have been created and posted, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and cohesiveness of information.
