The ideal leader will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals. Job Responsibilities Development & Implement the business plan in alignment with corporate goals for each financial year. Build country level commercial, market, channel, product strategy and sales forecast. Leads execution of the strategy in sales, marketing and product innovation. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to develop sales and advertising opportunities. Proven success in the development and execution of both core trading and product expansion strategies. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing Strong communications skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, and executive presence Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or comparable advanced degree is a plus.

Our respected client is seeking a production professional for the job of IT Business Analyst MES. The job is based in Nakhon Ratchasima Production Supervisor will be performing SAP ME, SAP MII, and SAP MEINT to complete all design phases of software development, including internal design, code, testing, documentation, and training. Evaluates and prioritizes user requests for changes to the SAP ME environment. Job Responsibilities Assist in project planning and scheduling. Work on system maintenance and enhancements for SAP ME and MII systems. Create new system documentation and update existing ones. Investigate software issues and collaborate with support to make necessary changes. Runs system tests and analyses the results. Create system training manuals and provide SAP ME user training. Analyses requests to improve functionality and provides solutions that are compatible with the global SAP ME model. Collaborate with the SAP Basis team to ensure that the SAP ME system experiences minimal downtime and that all errors are resolved. Stay current on technological advances and industry best practices.
