The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Key Responsibilities: Craft and lead the e-commerce strategy for all brands, incorporating Joint Business Planning and annual plans for each platform. Develop short-term and mid-term strategies to achieve business objectives, sales targets, brand rankings, and market share goals across brands, categories, and platforms. Spot new e-commerce opportunities by understanding shopper and consumer behaviour, recognizing triggers and barriers, and taking swift, appropriate actions. Work closely with platforms and e-distributors to ensure excellence in daily e-commerce operations, including commercial planning, Shop In Shop (SIS) design, merchandising, and marketing performance. Manage profit and loss by channel, from top-line to bottom-line. Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team and media agencies to optimize media performance from brand awareness to conversion, enhancing brand and e-commerce performance across the ecosystem.
