Job Responsibilities: Omni CRM Strategy Design framework of omni-CRM customer journey, categorization of customer clusters etc., and drive Art of Repeat lifecycle campaign content planning to enhance consumer engagement, cross-sell, retention and engagement on all channels. Ensure to translate business goals into accurate delivery requirements, specifying required data, segmentation & targeting logic, and dynamic campaign requirements Execute global best practice and a value driven approach of Omni CRM programs planning Standardize CRM strategy format across brands while giving guidelines to local brand teams Omni CRM Execution: Online/Offline CRM execution (incl. This job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, District 1 Job Responsibilities: Ensuring Effective Retail Operations: Protects integrity of ROS Data and ensures that the system is fully functioning and that it delivers added value to the users Monitor on-going store performance of our Brands among competitions and industry benchmarks Designs and implements sales operations' processes and procedures and ensures that all staff follow accordingly. Ensures that stores follow brand guidelines on staff grooming, visual merchandising and store operations.
