Key Responsibilities: Propagate company's sales mission to deliver associated programs for the company to achieve the business plan and revenue goals for the region Jointly working with Director Sales & Business Development to create strong market penetration to all prospecting customers Drive individual sales activities to build strong sales opportunities pipeline Driving the sales organization from initial introduction, sales development activities until winning all segment customers in the country for all LTV products and services for all existing and prospective customer accounts - Farming and Hunting Strategize and lead all sales team managed under supervision mainly Pipeline management, Quarterly Sales Target, Account Segmentation, Hyperscalers account penetration, and revenue & sales quota achievement. Must have at 10 - 18 years of hardcore tech sales experience. Must have a full time MBA from a premier institute.
