Key Requirements: Minimum four years of end-to-end delivery experience in data center construction and management, with a focus on mechanical and electrical contract construction. Must have expertise in the five major fields: Electrical, weak-current, fire control, HVAC, and decoration. Proficient in estimating and budgeting for data center mechanical and electrical engineering projects. Project operation experience in the data center industry, including delivery of projects with over 1000 racks. Strong knowledge and understanding of the data center industry is required. Familiarity with IDC products is preferred, such as chiller, UPS, generator, transformer, AC. Excellent team communication, coordination, and proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
