Executive Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global system provider for end-to-end communication solutions and telecom infrastructures. Our client is looking for an Accountant, a Certified Public Accountant with a minimum of five years of working experience. This is a hybrid work set up based in Makati, Philippines. Key Job Responsibilities: Bookkeeping Records transactions based on supporting documents that will be made available to us using manual books of accounts. Maintain accounting records C. Prepare monthly trial balance. Prepare reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts. Prepare monthly financial statements to be submitted to our Headquarters (HQ) based in China. Balance Sheet Statement of Income. Prepare month-end reporting package to be submitted to our HQ. Provide monthly report (General Ledger details) containing an analytical review on the changes in monthly income and expenses and balance sheet accounts. Coordinate with external auditors for their requirements in the annual audit of the Company's financial statements. Updating of Manual Books Cash Handling Monitor the balance of the bank account opened for funding requirements. Disburse fund in accordance with the Company's instruction. Process checks payments and/or prepare wire transfer instructions based in the approved documents Handle custody of checkbooks. Prepare and submit monthly funding requests to our HQ using the provided template Statutory Filings Monthly taxes withheld on payments subject to creditable withholding taxes Monthly, Quarterly, Annual BIR Reports Monthly and quarterly VAT returns, if applicable Summary Alpha list of withholding Agents of Income Payments subjected to TAX Withheld at Source (SAWT) Monthly Alpha list of Payees (MAP) whose income received has been subjected to withholding Tax Annual Renewal and Registration Obtain municipal licenses, business permits and other local government permits. Obtain Barangay clearance. Obtain Community Tax Certificate Assist in the Annual BIR registration Register the Company's book of accounts. Job Summary This role is responsible for the low level designs, low-level implementation plan, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the company's network & telecommunications infrastructure. He/She is responsible for leading a team of Network Engineers providing mission critical technical support for the organization. Key Job Responsibilities Identifies technologies and solutions to support the technology road map. Provide subject matter expertise to related technology disciplines for collaborative projects. Interact with solution and technology vendors for project services and technology updates among other engagements. Provide mentoring to IT technician, Telecoms within the functional group Collaborate with team members to create and develop plans and design of Telecoms Infrastructure to support new projects and enhancements. Lead proof of concept activities as well as conduct design and performance assessment of customer projects Performs service testing and benchmarking for IP services and enhanced customer experience Provide isolation, resolution and tracking for escalated alarms and issues.
