Country Commercial Manager

Our respected client is seeking a Country Commercial Manager. The role is responsible for working closely with the distributor partner locally, in achieving sales targets and driving excellent sales executions. In addition, this person will work with the marketing team based in Singapore, and with the regional and global teams, to define strategies required for growth. This role will require a strategic leader who can drive sales growth, manage complex operations, and build strong relationships across distributors and top retailers. This person will report directly to the General Manager for Distributor Markets, APAC. Our respected client is seeking a Customer Development Manager for South Luzon.The role is responsible for achieving sustainable sales growth by building and executing annual business plans with assigned Regional Local Key Accounts and Secondary Accounts Group to effectively grow the category long term. The Customer Development Manager is accountable for the delivery of the In-Market Sales target and Trade Promo efficiency through achievement of the sales metrics targets (Volume, Distribution, Display, Value/Freshness and Promotions) for his/her territory.
