Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a growing savings bank that has been thriving in servicing SMEs. This bank is looking for an Account Officer who should have background experience in corporate salary loans in the banking sector. This is a full onsite work based in Makati.
Job Summary Sales account management & relationship building. This Account Officer must be responsible for the solicitation of new CSL Companies. Planning and strategic sales management shall always be observed to grow the business responsibly.
Key responsibilities include :
- Ensure that Sales targets are met on a month-on-month basis
- Applications are collected and handed over within the cut-offs and SLAs and rework are kept to a minimum as per KPI
- Ensure customer issues are logged with the complaints unit
- Responsible for budget attainment assigned to him/her. Accreditation of New corporate accounts shall be managed accordingly.
- Ensures the signing of the Letter Agreement of the Memorandum of Agreement for all accredited companies.
- Conduct regular sales calls or client visits on potential accounts to develop new business.
- Ensures the compliance of client companies to submit all required documents within the prescribed period.
- Must implement Company visit plan per year and other corporate events.
- Must comply in any audit and compliance task.
- Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Key requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
- Strong sales experience and creative selling skills
- Banking experience is a must.
- Relevant background experience in corporate salary loan
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in negotiating skills.
