Our client is looking for a professional and experienced candidate with at least 5 years of working experience in External Accounting service and 3 years in managerial position. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the works of staffs in outsourcing/accounting department to assist them fulfil their assigned duty.
- Maintain good relationship with clients
- Review report issued
- Overall responsibility for accounting works ensuring that professional standards are adhered to.
- Lead and coach staffs in the outsourcing department: conduct training for accounting staff and update knowledge on tax regulations accounting standards, etc.
- Keep up to date on all Vietnamese laws and regulations that relate to finance and accounting matters.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field
- Over 5 years' experience in Accounting & Consulting skills with at least 3 years' experience in Finance & Accounting at foreign outsourcing service companies (total 5 years)
- Possess CPA or equivalent recognized professional qualifications.
- Good English communication & presentation skill
- Team leader with good management skill and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure.
