Admin Executive (Automotive), Alabang, Muntinlupa

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of well trusted
automotive industry. Our respected client is seeking for a 2-3 years administrative chores experience. The job
is based in Alabang,Muntinlupa Philippines.

Job Summary:

Permit and License Processing:
* Research and identify the permits and licenses required for clients based on their industry and
location.
* Prepare and submit permit and license applications on behalf of clients.
* Monitor the progress of applications, follow up with authorities, and ensure timely approvals.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations relevant to our clients'
businesses.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:
* Maintain accurate records of all permit and license applications, approvals, and renewals.
* Organize and store documents in a secure and easily accessible manner.
* Prepare reports summarizing permit and license status for clients and internal use.

Client Communication:
* Act as the main point of contact between clients and government agencies.
* Provide clients with updates on the status of their permits and licenses.
* Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Compliance Monitoring:
* Conduct periodic reviews to ensure clients' permits and licenses are up-to-date and in compliance
with regulations.
* Advise clients on any required renewals, fees, or changes in regulations that may affect their
operations.

Team Collaboration:
* Collaborate with other departments within the company to gather necessary information for permit
and license applications.
* Share insights and updates on regulatory changes with the team.

Job Requirements:

⚫ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred)
⚫ Previous experience in permit and license administration or a similar regulatory role is a plus
⚫ Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
⚫ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⚫ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
⚫ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
⚫ Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations (desired)
