Position Objective
- Project manage systems owned by Innovation Lab.
- Provides support for systems owned by Innovation Lab.
- Grow AUM with Digital Partners.
- Work on various projects or campaigns, as required.
Job Responsibilities
1. Project manage systems owned by Innovation Lab.
- Identify required enhancements on systems to improve efficiency.
- Design processes to meet the objective for the enhancements required.
- Lead requirement gathering.
- Manage deliverables of the project according to the planned timelines.
- Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT).
- Manage relationship and communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered as planned
2. Provides support for systems owned by Innovation Lab.
- Attend to enquiries from various internal stakeholders.
- Assist in investigation, and addressing system bugs jointly with the IS team.
- Provide system training to internal stakeholders
3. Grow AUM with Digital Partners.
- Hunt/develop/foster new business partnership with digital players such as e-wallet providers, digital banks, RMO license holders, etc.
- Help develop and execute strategies, objectives and plans to increase revenue and market share of the digital partner.
- Lead brainstorming sessions with internal stakeholders and digital partners to help build product offerings for digital partners.
- Be liaison between internal stakeholders and digital partners.
- Provide relevant support and manage the relationship with the digital partners
4. Work on other projects, or campaigns as required.
5. Perform any other related duties that Management may require from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree and/or professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
- 5 or more years of experience in the wealth and asset management industry at an established financial institution.
- Highly motivated self-starter with an ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment.
- Have a deep interest in technology, fintech and innovating processes.
- A logical thinker, fast learner, and has the ability to multi-task.
- Possess good presentation skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Enjoy working collaboratively across the organization and with external parties.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with various parties, both internal and external.
