This is a remote position.
As the company's first technical hire, the Automation Engineer will play a foundational role in building the organization's technical infrastructure from the ground up. Beyond developing automations, the engineer will act as a strategic partner, helping to scale operations through cutting-edge AI and automation tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Build Core Automation Systems: Architect and maintain the company's core automation and data platform, delivering scalable and efficient solutions to complex business problems.
- Lead Automation Projects: Own the full lifecycle of automation initiatives, transforming business needs into deployed solutions with measurable impact.
- Maintain System Reliability: Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure the stability and reliability of automated systems.
