Our client is seeking for a proactive and aggressive sales executive with at least 3 - 5 years' experience for the job of B2C Territory Sales Manager. The job is opened for candidates from Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi City.
Job Summary: Reporting to Sales Director, the B2C Territory Sales Manager will lead the sales team and be responsible for brand promotion and sales revenues of full portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage direct and indirect business by setting up distributors plans
- Make plans to identify, select and support distributors to set up a strong sales network.
- Develop relationships with customers and distributors to achieve sales target
- Identify market trends to manage products effectively (Forecast demand; plan stock).
- Set objectives and targets for distributions
- Work closely with B2B for brand reputation, sales target, ….
- Report sales activities and relevant market information to the Sales Director
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or relevant fields
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of business development/ sales experience in Oil/ lubricants field.
- Experience in setting up distributors/dealer network from beginning.
- Good communication, presentation skills
- Be able to travel domestically/internationally for business
- Proactive & hands-on, having can-do attitude
- Fluent in English
