Brand Identity Manager (Insurance)

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in brand management and creative, preferably with an agency/similar industry background. Skilled in production (video, content), needs to be a design-based.
  • Strong capability in aligning brand identity with global branding direction.
  • Familiarity with running integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage digital presence (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Skilled in proposal making, especially related to PR activities.
  • CSR activities will mainly involve documentation rather than proposal creation.


Recruitment Process:

  • Initial interview with HR, Head of Corporate Communications, and CCO.
  • Final interview includes a Business Plan Presentation (covering a 3-month and 1-2 year strategy) in front of the CCO and CEO.
  • The selection process is expected to take 2-3 weeks, with a preference for offline/in-person interviews.
