Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Equipment Manufacturing Company for a Business Development Manager role for their Concrete Equipment division. As the company is continuously developing, our client is seeking a professional with the experience and exposure within the assigned products .
The responsibilities will includes :
- Monitoring market conditions, trends, competitors, & pricing to project consumer demand and create market entry strategy
- Identify and building relationships with potential partners, customers, and suppliers
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the local distributor and support sales and marketing activities
- Attending conferences and events to expand and maintain a large professional network and represent the company
- Analyze supply chain and manufacturing options for local product development
- Perspective to launch and scale the business with strong brand in Indonesia
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree
- Have an in depth knowledge of concrete technology products and market dynamics in Indonesia
- Minimum of 5 years working in either business development or sales at a hydraulic truck mixer supplier or chassis producer would be a big advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset , able to spot gaps and unexploited opportunities in the market ( set from scratch)
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Good communication skills, ability to listen, reformulate ideas into concepts and detailed business plans
- Experience with strategic planning, financial analysis, business plan modelling, and project management
- Proficient in MS. Office
- Able to comprehend legal documents
- Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality
