Responsibilities
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
- Expanding the customer base
- Driving revenue growth in Pharma & Nutra verticals
- Leveraging market intelligence
- Managing key accounts
- Optimizing sales channels
- Ensuring profitable transactions and contribution margins
- Managing channel partners effectively.
- Build and maintain strong networks across various departments within major pharmaceutical accounts.
- Demonstrated capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt readily to evolving circumstances.
Qualifications
- Graduation from Science stream, preferably B.Sc. Chemistry or Pharmacist with an MBA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales management, sales team management, and business development.
- Proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on API/excipients.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt readily to evolving circumstances.
- Experience in managing channel partners and willingness to travel extensively.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Based out of Ho Chi Minh/South Vietnam.
