Business Development Manager (Telco)

Monroe Consulting Group is currently assisting a client in looking for a top sales professional for Telco and Government sector based in Indonesia's office. Our client is a multinational system integrator company, under a global private equity fund.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess gaps and opportunities based on stakeholder feedback to improve business processes.
  • Build good relationships with industry players.
  • Develop business development plans that follow business development strategies.
  • Develop business reports on new revenue streams, improved products and new businesses.
  • Develop new business proposals based on market demand.
  • Develop new product service offerings to meet market demands.
  • Engage with business partners, suppliers and vendors for new business agreements.
  • Obtain insights from business network on developments in product offerings and production.
  • Review business development with stakeholders.
  • Review regulatory restrictions on new business ventures.
  • Review risk assessment and financial modelling of new business ventures.
  • Review targets and goals across teams.
  • Support stakeholder engagement sessions for new portfolios.
  • Use business network and support knowledge sharing sessions to explore new business
  • opportunities.
  • Work with stakeholders to review gaps and opportunities in businesses.
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.

Job Qualifications

  • University or bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in selling Technology solutions & services to Enterprise Clients (Surveillance, Networking, Telecommunication).
  • Business development/sales management experience
  • Strong relationship with C-level, IT director/managers.
  • Consultative selling and hands-on skills in Technology Solutions: able to prepare custom sales kit, custom proposal, custom commercial quote to Customers.
  • Excellent experience with sales pipeline management.
  • Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving sales targets in Technology Solutions to Enterprise Client.
  • Experience working at a Technology Solution company is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and positive spirit.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with a confident and aggressive approach.
  • Fluent in English is required.
