Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational entertainment and record label company. Our respected client is seeking a Business Insights and Analytics Manager who will provide all stakeholders a clear view on market and company performance on the key performance indicators. This role will be assigned in BGC, Taguig.

Key job responsibilities include:

* Provide all stakeholders a clear view on market and company performance on the key performance indicators.

* Operate as a partner to marketing, A&R (artists and repertoire), and finance functions to ensure that business decisions are data driven and impactful to the business. Focus on close partnering with Finance to analyse investment opportunities and determine the potential return on investment and provide guidance to maximize financial performance.

* Understanding drivers of our KPIs and help focus the organization on key levers of value creation

* Support the regional evolution of data-driven strategies and embed the new systems, process and tools to the market.

* Ensure that market share goals and strategic objectives are met, and that strategy is iterated depending on business/market evolution

* Employ best-in-class project management to deliver strategic projects in market or regional collaboration

* Drive weekly after-action reviews and action plan development and ensure local leadership teams are executing on recommendations to facilitate continuous improvement

* Consolidating and analysing financial data, taking into account company's goals and financial standing

* Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance

* Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks

* Build or roll out systems and tools for performance diagnostics and decision support

* Provide useful insights & analytics to regional and local management teams to help them better understand performance drivers and levers

* Translate quantitative data and findings into actionable recommendations, with influencing skills that change attitudes and behaviours

* Collaborate with marketing, A&R (artists and repertoire), and finance functions in defining setting priorities, benchmarks, and shaping business plans
* Inform data strategy, define requirements for data processing automation and architecture

* Collaborate with Analytics professionals across the Asia region to ideate, define project priorities, and sharing knowledge and best practices

* Dive deep on key drivers, be right a lot and do so with a high bias for action

Key job requirements include:

* 5+ years relevant experience with strong track record in assessing and driving business & financial performance. Strong business acumen and drive to achieve desired results.

* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and prioritize opportunities.
* Hands-on data processing and visualization skills. Proficiency in one or more data processing and analytics tools such as Snowflake, SQL programming, Tableau, Python, R, SAS, SPSS, etc.)

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with peers and senior management. Fluency in English.

* Statistical modelling experience (e.g., Regression, Clustering, Decision Trees, Machine Learning) strongly preferred

* Academic Degree in quantitative field (Data Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, etc.) preferred

* Solid understanding of digital media and/or music industry preferred
