Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an innovative technology solutions provider focused on Cyber Security, Hybrid Cloud, Global Network Management, Disaster Recovery, and traditional Managed Services.

Job Summary
Our respected client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst of the highest professional standing and a background in analyzing and improving the operational processes and efficiency within a company. They play a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement, streamlining workflows, and implementing strategies to optimize business operations for the job of Business Operations Analyst.

The Business Operations Analyst is expected to load, process, and confirm accurate data in the company's IT Management Platform, acts as a liaison between Project and Service Delivery Teams, Account Management, Sales, and Finance. The job is in Clark Global City, Pampanga, Philippines, and offers an onsite work arrangement and night shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 pm to 5:00 am.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations and Finance Teams in the monthly billing process for multiple invoice types, business units, and regions.
  • Perform entry level accounting tasks.
  • Analyze monthly operational reports and compile analytical data.
  • Work closely with account managers, project managers, and managerial staff to ensure accurate contracts and invoices.
  • Explain and provide context on contract and invoice changes to internal parties.
  • Organize and maintain current client contracts.
  • Oversee the contract lifecycle, including execution, review, renewal, completion, and termination.
  • Conduct contract related investigations and research.
  • Create, document, and maintain operational procedures.


Key job requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, and/or Accounting.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in an operational role.
  • Proficiency in contract language and principles.
  • Advanced analytical and data reporting skills (excel formulas, pivots, charts, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
