Channel Account Manager (Software)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the global leader in industrial software in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a professional for Channel Account Manager. The job is based in Indonesia with remote working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive indirect sales and meet assigned quotas
  • Develop business plans for assigned partners and execute them
  • Lead customer site visits to support opportunity closures
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and analyze partner performance
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, follow-up on leads, and execute promotions
  • Recruit and expand partners with specific expertise and market coverage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner escalations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partner principals and teams
  • Perform channel governance and establish new partnerships
  • Maintain partner competence through enablement and training
  • Demonstrate value-added selling to drive subscription-based sales
  • Possess strong social and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Communicate and present effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Be a team player and demonstrate willingness to learn

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in enterprise software sales and/or partner management
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in managing channels and sales
  • Experience in managing Value Added Resellers is a plus
  • Familiarity with OT applications and related operation/engineering applications
  • Ability to drive value-added sales and achieve sustained success
  • Strong social and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Willingness to be a team player and learn continuously
