Our client is seeking for a Channel Sales Manager who has strong experience in Machinery industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target markets through existing and new distribution channels to achieve volume and profit goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with re-sale accounts, positioning the company's brands strategically.
- Provide regular on-site sales training to distributor and client teams, covering product knowledge, marketing strategies, policies, and selling techniques.
- Coordinate with distributors to develop advertising and promotion programs in alignment with company guidelines.
- Evaluate distributor performance and recommend improvements or replacement when necessary to enhance sales and market share.
- Identify and report new business opportunities and market trends to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Represent the company in industry trade shows and monitor competitive activities within the territory.
- Collaborate with service managers to strengthen the service network and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage local inventory levels to support sales growth and control costs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales or sales-related experience; good mechanical aptitude regarding machinery and equipment is a plus.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Good English skills.
