Responsibilities:
- Set up a team to operate as a financial leasing company and apply for OJK license.
- Develop business according Company BOD strategy and target as a captive finance company.
- Responsible for result of the company.
- Lead and conduct team to manage, measure, assess and review portfolio, customer account and funding resource.
- Lead and conduct team to find more solution for high efficiency of operational, including but not limit documentation, communication, and digitalization.
- Build a high working result team to support company business in Indonesia.
Job Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor's degree from Reputable University
- Have great persistence and endurance to meet BOD target
- Passionate and willing to accept the challenge
- Good command in spoken and written in English is a must
- Good command in spoken and written in Chinese is plus point
- At least 10 years proven experience as head of leasing company.
- Eligible for regulation requirements.
