This position will be responsible for overseeing legal operations, including litigation management, bankruptcy cases, and business restructuring, ensuring expertise in relevant laws and compliance with regulations
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing legal operations, including litigation management, bankruptcy cases, and business restructuring.
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of commercial and civil law, litigation procedures, and bankruptcy laws.
- Familiarity with ministerial regulations, regulatory practices, and directives from enforcement agencies.
- Exemplifying leadership qualities by effectively managing and developing teams, as well as motivating and advising team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law or a related field.
- Experience in legal management, litigation, including civil and bankruptcy cases from asset management companies, financial institutions, or related businesses.
- Proficiency in negotiation skills, particularly in various litigation settings.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
