Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding and researching the needs of stakeholders, as well as aligning with the vision and mission from BOD. Using this information to create feasible and structured business plan.
- Developing and building the team to achieve the approved goals.
- Creating a financial plan that is in line with the business plan and along with the financial team, responsible for the financial reporting and maintaining healthy financial for the business.
- Evaluating the company's performance and developing future strategy.
- Creating business development plan according to the roadmap and the needs of the partners.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years in head level, three (3) years in managerial.
- Proven experience as a chief or similar leadership role.
- Excellent communication skill and people management.
- Knowledge of business management.
