A leading global transaction gateway company in Thailand is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development and management of its Platforms. The CTO will provide strategic technical leadership, manage stakeholders and technical resources, and drive the implementation of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the company's offerings. The role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in financial technology and platform development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's technology strategy, including long-term and short-term roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Ensure efficient, profitable, and secure use of technologies across the organization.
  • Discover and integrate new technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Envision and implement innovative technology solutions throughout the company.
  • Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of current technologies, implementing necessary changes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and IT budgets to evaluate technological performance.
  • Collaborate with business and technical groups to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in financial technologies, particularly in global transaction gateway.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage both business and technical groups.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity to protect transactions and user data.
  • Proficiency in developing and integrating APIs with global banking and Experience leading large, diverse technology teams and driving strategic vision.
  • Ability to foster innovation and explore new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments to meet business goals.
