Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group is searching for a passionate and experienced Commercial Finance Sr Manager to join a leading FMCG company in Jakarta, Indonesia. You'll play a key role in driving financial performance and profitability across all commercial channels.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Partnership: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other commercial teams to develop and implement financial strategies that fuel business growth.
- Channel Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of FMCG commercial channels, including Ecommerce, General Trade (GT), and Modern Trade (MT).
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the creation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to provide insightful financial data for decision-making.
- Business Transformation: Actively participate in business transformation initiatives, ensuring sound financial planning and analysis support.
- Profitability Analysis: Conduct thorough financial evaluations of projects, product launches, and market expansions to assess their impact on profitability.
- Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop pricing strategies that optimize revenue and margin performance.
- Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement in financial processes and controls to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team within the commercial finance function.
- Communication & Collaboration: Foster strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial finance, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated track record of success in FP&A and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of commercial channels in FMCG (Ecommerce, GT, MT).
- Experience supporting business transformation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
