Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for a Compensation & Benefits Manager (Total Rewards) on behalf of a renowned hospital. The role will directly report to the CHRO and will be responsible to ensure provision of both statutory and company-initiated benefits are in place. This includes clockwork facilitation of benefit provision, salary review and enhancements. Role requires 100% onsite work setup and will be based in Taguig City. 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
- Researching, monitoring, and evaluating, compensation and benefits policies and plans
 - Ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive
 - Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses
 - Preparing and updating job descriptions
 - Collaborating with outside vendors, such as investment brokers and benefits vendors
 - Assessing the organization's pay structure
 - Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys
 - Ensuring that the pay practices comply with state and federal laws and regulations
 - Administering the organization's benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.)
 - Researching and analyzing benefits plans, programs, and policies
 - Making recommendations based on data analyses
 - Writing and revising job descriptions
 - Determining position classifications
 - Preparing and updating salary scale
 - Protects clients' rights based on (Patient's Bill of Rights and Obligations) and ensures confidentiality of information (gathering, disclosure and storage)
 - Ensuring company is compliant with state and federal laws; Adheres to established norms of conduct based on other legal, regulatory and institutional requirements.
 - Follows up on Infection Control standard procedures and protocols.
 - Participate in continuous professional development by attending training/seminars
 - Ensures staff are afforded with opportunities for professional growth and development that support both new and existing programs of care
 - Perform other task that may be assigned
 
 Qualifications:
- Graduate of Graduate of BS Psychology / Human Resources / Business Ad or any related course
 - At least 5 years relevant experience in field of Human Resource Management specifically in Compensation and Benefits (total rewards); experience in healthcare sector and/or volume employees is an advantage
 - Must have people management experience and skills
 - Computer literate especially in Window-based programs, negotiating skills, documentation and analytical skills
 - Knowledgeable with the Philippine Government Mandated Benefits
 - Good communication and customer service skills; able to relate well with people of different backgrounds
 - Systematic, detail-conscious and analytical
