Job Responsibilities:
- Workforce performance management.
- Prepare quarterly/annual reports that liaise with head office.
- Involve in recruiting, vetting, and new staff development.
- Adapt company strategies to local market.
- Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
- Execute strategic plan to hit and exceed organizational expectations.
- Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, develop and manage key client relationships among others.
- Manage and execute the business development strategy suitable for the local market and execute accordingly to meet targets.
- Continuously develop a strong activity pipeline following the company strategy.
- Generate new business with existing network Aware the financial markets status.
- Process client documentation follow the compliance department guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Vietnamese Nationality Obtained Bachelor's degree or higher educational certification.
- 5 years' experience in financial brokerage, financial services, forex industries.
- Good personal network, excellent interpersonal.
- Good leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese
