The company, rooted in tradition but modern in its thought and approach, is a pioneer in the field of Ayurveda and natural personal care products. They are currently hiring a Country Manager to be based in Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Will be responsible for sale of products in Modern Trade. All over peninsular Malaysia.
- Soaps + Facewash + Body Wash+ Hand Wash + other New products - product scope.
- Will be responsible for opening New outlets/chains/accounts, listing & placement.
- Will be responsible for handling the key accounts in General Trade Present and Future.
- Will be responsible for coordinating sales operations, thereby achieving secondary sales growth.
- Sharing weekly reports.
- Marketing:
- Will be responsible for devising Marketing programs in consultation with Head Office. Both Modern Trade & General Trade.
- Will be responsible for conducting Road shows in line with market & company's expectations.
- Will be responsible for tailoring campaigns/activation & put in place correct systems and processes for smooth execution.
- Will be responsible for effective promotional activities, product awareness for growth & profitability.
- Will be responsible for researching and analysis of feedback for action/course correction
- Sharing weekly reports with Head Office.
- Account Management:
- Will be responsible for servicing the Key Accounts & Modern Trade in line with Market's expectations.
- Will do regular visits to Key Accounts and understand the expectations of the same.
- Will act on behalf of the company - in Malaysia while servicing any clients - present and future.
- Will ensure on time supply in consultation with Master Distributor.
- Sharing weekly reports with Head Office.
- Others:
- Apart from the above, will oversee sales of KL & Selangor markets. End to end sales process in GT.
- Will be responsible for growth in Secondary sales in both KL & Selangor markets.
- Will ensure S&S report to be made available to company before 4th working day of a month.
- Will ensure tertiary sales reports from outlets and forward the same to the company.
- Any other work assigned by HO
- Job Requirements:
- Must be able to speak Tamil.
- Experienced in managing distributors within the personal care and FMCG category.
- Experienced in modern trade and general trade sales.
- Willing to work as a sole contributor.
