Customer Experience Executive, Events [SG]


Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Professional Division is partnered with one of Asia's leading Personal and Professional Development organisation. Our distinguished client's expertise and services include Financial Education, Corporate Training and Children & Youth Education among others. They are currently seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Job responsibilities:


  • Arrange, organise, and carry out events.

  • Create and improvise structures and procedures for supporting events.

  • Plan and manage the logistics of the event.

  • Control the portfolio of programmes.

  • Compile important data and provide reports.

  • Educate and manage the event support staff.

  • Keep in touch with all parties involved, including consumers, coaches, and participants.

  • Offer administrative assistance for managing events.



Job requirements:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Arts / Social Sciences / Humanities, or Marketing / Communications.

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

  • Proactive and have a sense of urgency.

  • Committed and loyal team player.

  • Responsible and have a sense of accountability.

  • Problem solver and able to think on his/her feet.

  • Willing to go the extra mile for customers and participants.

  • Strong interest in financial markets, investing and trading is a plus but not mandatory.
