Job Summary
Our respected client is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Expert of the highest professional standing and a background in United States (US) of America - based B2B clients' account management for the job of Customer Success Manager (Account Executive).

The Customer Success Manager (Account Executive) is expected to work in account and client relationship management responsibilities while creating and implementing client retention, customer loyalty, and contract renewal and negotiation strategies. This job is on a work from home (WF) arrangement.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Managing client escalations
  • Utilization of CRM and office management applications/software/tool
  • Collaboration with C-suite clients / stakeholders
  • Addressing client concerns via various mediums such as calls and virtual meetings
  • Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
  • KPI-driven tasks
  • Client consultation, onboarding, and communication


Key job qualifications:

  • Has at least 3-5 years of proven work experience in account management and client relationship management for B2B US-based accounts/businesses. Preferably has a background in RPO, Recruitment & Staffing, BPO industries, or any human-to-human services companies.
  • Has proven knowledge and experience in US-based client retention, loyalty, and contract renewals.
  • Has proven knowledge and experience in upselling and cross-selling.
  • Experience using HubSpot and Notion is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills: Proficient in verbal and written English. Must have strong skills on the phone, be confident, and be friendly. Can effectively communicate with high-level customers in C-level positions.
  • Has a strong sense of business acumen: Ability to understand clients' core want and their business needs which is more of building a friendship and not closing a sale.
  • Very dynamic team player and works well with other departments.
  • Collaborates well with others.
  • Can set clear expectations and is organized.
