Data Analyst Lead

We're currently looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst Lead who possesses excellent data visualization skills with good English in HCMC.

The job entails ensuring quality and delivering excellent service to clients, helping them to derive the utmost value from products and services of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • General functions
    • Control the generation of data and reports, offer direction and support to internal and external data stakeholders.
    • Ensure the data's availability, consistency, and quality for communication with our clients, information providers, and internal team.
    • Using a thorough understanding of the client and syndicated offerings (data), analyzes complex client inquiries to ensure thorough and prompt responses.
    • Reveals tailored solutions and offers extra insight into the data to enable the proper resolution of business challenges and/or issues.
    • Support meetings and conversations about project work and data analytics (internally and externally).
    • Runs common queries to extract data.
    • Checks the accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Internal functions
    • Supervising and completing both ongoing and ad-hoc data analysis and validation for the client
    • Developing a tactical and strategic understanding of the client's business issues and creating compelling solutions using company's products information and services.
    • Resolving first-line service issues and coordinating second-line support issues with the service teams through service reviews.
    • Ensuring that service agreements and product deliverables meet the needs of the client, including timeliness and quality.
    • Supporting information proposals and contract renewals by ensuring they are in line with business rules.
    • Conducting routine and independent complex quantitative analysis and research to gain a more in-depth understanding of trends
    • Performing audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures.
    • Supervising the improvement and streamlining of business operations, participating in process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes.
  • External functions
    • Building client relationships
    • Providing formal and written communications both internally and externally regarding data status, queries, and clarifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Market Research, Fintech, Financial Services, Auditing firms, or BI/Marketing Analyst in pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent data visualization skills
  • Advanced knowledge on Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI is required
  • Advanced knowledge on SQL is a plus
  • Skills in collecting, analyzing and synthesizing and presenting information
  • Good command of English
