Their personalized services include implementing agreed-upon strategies, fully supporting clients in key investment areas such as fundraising, initial public offerings (IPO), securities offerings, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, capital restructuring, and more.

You will be responsible for encompass conducting financial model and valuation analysis, performing thorough due diligence on target companies, analysing industry trends and competitive landscapes, developing strategies for transaction structures, providing support in negotiations and deal structuring, drafting transaction documents and agreements, and assisting in post-merger integration planning.

Job responsibilities

  • Origination and execution of buy- & sell-side M&A projects, fundraising, joint venture assistance, business strategy, market entry studies, and pricing analysis
  • Participate in complex and multidisciplinary projects and provide key advice on deal considerations including structuring, pricing and negotiation advice
  • Lead and participate in buy-& sell-side M&A projects and cooperate with other senior team members in the daily deal execution
  • rafting, developing and reviewing of transaction documents, information memorandum, business plan, financial model and valuation by various approaches using a wide range of research tools for market and company analysis
  • Coordination with client and relevant parties in M&A activities and participation in high quality client presentations
  • Perform industry researches and market analyses and contribute to M&A publications
  • Actively develop, monitor, mentor and coach team members and junior members by demonstrating appropriate behavior and delegate where appropriate
  • Identify areas for development and proactively seek opportunities for greater responsibility to increase skill set and build on existing strengths
  • Create a visible presence within company and the external market, increasing interactivity across teams and with clients

Job requirements

  • Corporate finance, investment bank, project finance advisory experience acquired with banks, professional firms and corporations
  • Several year experience in M&A, Business Valuation and Financial Modeling
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English
  • Analytically minded, solution-orientated and demonstration of entrepreneurial thinking
  • Ability to work on a range of projects simultaneously to demanding timetables
  • Personal drive and integrity to deliver results within tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation capability
